Rental Policies

  • $300 deposit due at contract signing
  • Full payment due 30 days prior to check-in (check or money order)
  • Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival incur $150 cancellation fee
  • Full rental payment forfeited for cancellations within 30 days of arrival
  • Renting party must be 25 years or older
  • No Pets Allowed
  • No Smoking
  • $75 cleaning fee applied to each rental
